i wouldnt say that i prefer to listen to mostly rap or r&B just because i am african american because most afro-americans i know prefer rock! the only reason that most afro-americans prefer those two is because the way the artists express theirselves is similar to the way they do; they can relate more to it
Latin music is my only favorite music and this moment because as a latino in america, i like to keep my culture alive and growing even though i live here. I chose this for me and i live with it and my family are proud that i enjoy it as much as they do. Cumbia is the main type of music of my country of El Salvador and dancing to it is my specialty. El Salvador is beautiful and in America its missed a lot. Through the music we will remember how beautiful it is.
