music i think can discuss pressing social issues by making songs that have topics about whats goin on in the world these days and also like taking diffent types of speeches of whats going on in the world now and put it in there songs
Music expressing pressing issues in many ways and most of all many forms...but a lot of rappers and r&b singers express pressing issues by demonstrating how they feel bout those issues...
I think music might discuss pressing social issues because there are songs that might talk about a social issue that many people have to face such as domestic violence, injustices,etc...
I think music might discuss pressing social issues because it talk about what is happening in the world and I can talk about issues that people are having now in days.
music used to be a way to communicate among different culture but now some artist use it to talk about unnecessary thing such as money clothe,b.@#$% but outside rap and hip hop music is still use for a positive purpose for example cover all the major issue of our society such as love, violence, political problems etc...
Music itself portrays a lot to what going on to today's society and it speaks by itself. Music says what the people is suffering in the community and the whole world. The lyrics that is accompanied are powerful and they relate a lot to people especially the youth like me would may not understand what is going on. With music it will confront those not answered questions and make the person feel safe that he/she is not alone.
